Billing Manager

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing

Roles & Responsibilities

Billing & Invoicing

• Prepare and generate daily/weekly/monthly courier invoices accurately.
• Verify shipment data, weight, destination, and applicable rates before billing.
• Ensure correct GST application as per service type.

Data Management in Excel

• Maintain and update billing records in Excel with accuracy.
• Use Excel functions for report generation, reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Create summaries and MIS reports for management review.

Client Coordination

• Share invoices with clients and resolve billing-related queries promptly.
• Coordinate with the operations team to rectify shipment discrepancies.

Compliance & Accuracy

• Ensure billing is done as per company policies and client contracts.
• Regularly check for duplicate, missing, or incorrect entries and correct them.

Reporting

• Generate billing and outstanding payment reports for management.
• Highlight discrepancies or unusual trends in billing data.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in billing (Preferably from Courier/Logistics).
• Proficient in Excel with ability to handle large datasets.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
