Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Company: Incubex Work Mode: On-site Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact for clients and address their needs effectively. Maintain customer records, follow up regularly, and ensure smooth onboarding. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to meet expectations. Handle queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly. Generate reports on client interactions and update CRM software regularly. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Contribute to improving customer service processes. Skills & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and handle customer issues under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. A customer-first mindset with a positive attitude.
