About the Role:

Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for coworking space inquiries via outbound calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and channel partners
Conduct site visits and product walkthroughs with prospective clients
Understand client needs and suggest the best workspace solutions
Convert leads into successful closures while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Maintain and update the CRM system with all sales activities
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
Build relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and corporate decision-makers
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (coworking, real estate, or hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
