About the Role:


Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and generate leads for coworking space inquiries via outbound calls, walk-ins, digital platforms, and channel partners
  • Conduct site visits and product walkthroughs with prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and suggest the best workspace solutions
  • Convert leads into successful closures while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with all sales activities
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding of clients
  • Build relationships with brokers, real estate agents, and corporate decision-makers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales (coworking, real estate, or hospitality preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
