Job Description

Job Title: In-Store Brand Promoter - Wellness and Beauty

Product Promotion & Demonstration:
Actively engage with customers to showcase and demonstrate products, explaining their features, benefits, and proper application techniques (e.g., skincare routines, usage of wellness supplements).
Customer Engagement & Education:
Provide personalized consultations and recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences, using a consultative selling approach to build trust.
Sales Performance:
Drive sales growth to meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and inform customers about special offers and loyalty programs.
Merchandising & Display:
Ensure the promotional area and product displays are clean, attractive, well-organized, and fully stocked with products and samples.
Market Insights & Reporting:
Gather real-time customer feedback on products and competitor activity, reporting insights and sales metrics to store management and the marketing team.
Brand Advocacy:
Embody the brand's image and values in all interactions, maintaining a professional, energetic, and positive demeanor.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience:
Proven experience in retail sales, brand promotion, or a customer-facing role within the beauty, wellness, or cosmetics industry is preferred.
Education:
Graduation
Knowledge:
Deep passion for and knowledge of beauty, skincare, and wellness products and industry trends.
Communication:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
Customer Focus:
A strong customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport and personal connections with a diverse range of customers.
