Job Description

As a CRM executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth coordination and documentation processes within the organization. Your excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Ensuring proper documentation and adherence to processes for booking logins in the system and at the developer - Generating branch reports including sales reports, event reports, and other daily data reports as required by the heads - Reconciliation of all builders and projects - Facilitating project empanelment - Coordinating the booking login process with builders and ensuring seamless communication between branches and teams - Managing KYC pendency, STS updating, NOC, discount note, and debit note processes - Working on branch MIS reports as needed by the Branch Head - Handling client escalations effectively Qualification Requirements: - Preferred Bachelor's degree - Two to four years of experience in Sales Operations The company offers full-time and permanent job opportunities with a salary hike based on your last package.,
