Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Client Relationship Executive who will play a key role in building strong relationships with both doctors and patients while managing offline marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both in English and Hindi, and be passionate about healthcare, patient care, and community outreach. This role requires someone proactive, organized, and can manage multiple tasks. The candidate should also have a knack for building meaningful relationships and promoting the clinic within the local community. Key Responsibilities: Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, patients, and clinic staff. Act as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing their concerns, providing information, and offering support throughout their journey. Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure a smooth patient experience. Offline Marketing & Community Outreach: Plan, organize, and execute local marketing initiatives such as health camps, seminars, and community events to raise awareness about the clinic’s services. Represent the clinic at local events and networks to increase visibility and patient outreach. Develop partnerships with local businesses and health professionals to promote our services. Customer Engagement & Follow-Ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with patients to ensure satisfaction and to address any additional needs. Maintain a detailed record of patient interactions and share feedback with the team to improve service quality. Brand Ambassadorship: Advocate for the clinic’s brand and services in the local community. Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters to relevant local businesses, clinics, and hospitals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: A graduate degree in Healthcare Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or healthcare-related roles. Communication: Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (spoken and written). Ability to engage with both patients and healthcare professionals effectively. Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Marketing Experience: Basic understanding of offline marketing techniques and event planning. Interpersonal Skills: Empathy, patience, and excellent people skills, especially while dealing with sensitive healthcare-related issues. Problem Solving: Ability to manage issues and complaints effectively and provide solutions to enhance patient satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of IVF treatments or healthcare services. Experience in organizing local events, workshops, or seminars.
