Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth across our IT and digital marketing solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in SaaS-based sales, pre-sales consulting, and client relationship management — with experience across digital marketing agency.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technology and marketing, helping clients leverage digital transformation and digital solutions to meet their business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives for the company’s IT and digital marketing solutions.

·        Identify, qualify, and convert potential clients through strategic outreach, digital campaigns, and partner networks

·        Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business challenges, digital transformation needs, and IT infrastructure goals.

·        Work with internal teams to design customized web design, development and digital marketing services.

·        Lead proposal creation, PoC (Proof of Concept) demonstrations, and presentations for enterprise and mid-market clients.

·        Collaborate with marketing, technical, and project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.

·        Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, using CRM platforms (Zoho, etc) to track leads, opportunities, and revenue forecasts.

·        Perform competitive analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities within IT and digital marketing domains.

·        Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives to foster repeat business and upsell opportunities.

·        Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives for the company’s IT and digital marketing solutions.

·        Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·        Proven experience in IT sales, SaaS solution selling, or digital marketing technology sales.

·        Expertise in lead generation, qualification, pipeline management, and consultative sales.

·        Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Zoho or any other tools.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·        Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.

·        Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and delivery teams.

·        Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Education & Experience:


·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience in Business Development, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting within IT services, SaaS, or digital marketing environments.

·        Proven record of exceeding sales targets and generating high-value enterprise opportunities.

·        Growth in client acquisition and revenue from IT and digital marketing offerings.

·        Lead-to-deal conversion rate improvement.
