Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation:

    Source potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
  2. Client Engagement:

    Connect with prospects via calls, emails, or messages to understand needs and present suitable projects.
  3. Property Presentation:

    Share detailed project information and conduct virtual or physical tours.
  4. Site Visit Coordination:

    Organize and manage client site visits, ensuring follow-up for conversions.
  5. CRM & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate client data and track sales metrics for performance evaluation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong drive, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven leadership and team management ability
  • Graduate/MBA with

    3–6 years

    of sales or client service experience (real estate preferred)
  • Willingness to travel
