PMO Lead – Oracle/ Manhattan , Enterprise Platforms & Technology Governance

Role Overview:

ITOrizon is looking for a Senior PMO Lead to own end-to-end governance, execution oversight, and performance management across multiple enterprise applications including Oracle, Manhattan, Technology Accelerators & Integrations, and the Karolium Platform. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and leadership. You will ensure delivery discipline, financial and risk governance, stakeholder alignment, and execution predictability across large, complex programs while enabling scale and transformation.

PMO Governance & Portfolio Oversight

• Establish and run a centralized PMO framework governing Oracle, Manhattan,
  Accelerator & Integration programs, and Karolium platform initiatives
• Define and enforce standards for program planning, execution, reporting, and
  governance across platforms
• Own portfolio-level roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and delivery health dashboards

Program & Delivery Management

• Oversee multi-million-dollar program portfolios spanning ERP, SCM, platform
  engineering, integrations, and accelerators
• Drive predictable delivery using Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall models as appropriate
• Track and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across programs
• Ensure alignment between product roadmaps, customer commitments, and delivery capacity

Financial & Performance Governance

• Own program budgets, forecasts, burn tracking, and variance analysis
• Define and monitor KPIs, OKRs, SLAs, and delivery metrics across all governed
  platforms
• Provide leadership with clear visibility on ROI, cost optimization, and delivery
  performance

Stakeholder & Executive Management

• Act as a single point of accountability for C-level, product leaders, and key customers
• Drive executive reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance forums
• Translate complex delivery data into clear, actionable executive insights

Platform & Technology Alignment

• Partner with Oracle, Manhattan, Integration, and Platform Engineering leaders to
  ensure roadmap feasibility and execution readiness
• Govern cross-platform integrations, shared services, and accelerator reuse
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and enterprise delivery standards

Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement

• Institutionalize best practices across PMO, delivery, and reporting
• Leverage tools like Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, and MS Project for
• transparency and control
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve velocity, predictability, and
  delivery quality

Core Experience

• 6 - 8 years in Program Management / PMO / Delivery Governance roles
• Proven experience managing large enterprise programs across ERP, SCM, Paas/SaaS
• Strong background in governing multiple parallel programs with shared
  dependencies

Program & PMO Expertise

• Deep understanding of PMO frameworks, portfolio management, and governance
  models
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L awareness
• Hands-on experience with Agile, SAFe, Hybrid, and Predictive delivery models

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

• Strong executive presence with experience influencing CXO and senior leadership
• Ability to manage cross-functional, geographically distributed teams
• Excellent communication, escalation management, and decision facilitation skills

Tools & Certifications

• PMP, CSM, or equivalent program management certifications preferred
• Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Power BI, MS Excel (advanced), and reporting tools

Preferred Background

• Experience in Supply Chain, ERP, Paas or Saas
• Exposure to digital transformation, platform modernization, or large-scale
• integrations
• Prior experience in consulting or enterprise delivery environments

• Predictable, on-time delivery across Oracle, Manhattan, Accelerator, and Karolium
  programs
• Clear executive visibility into portfolio health, risks, and ROI
• Reduced delivery friction through strong governance and dependency management
