Functional PMO (ERP/SCM Domain)

As a Senior Manager leading the Program Management Office (PMO) activities for ERP/SCM modules across various industries, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of functional projects through strategic planning, governance, and resource management. You should possess a deep understanding of ERP/SCM systems and have experience in managing cross-industry implementations. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing PMO functions for ERP/SCM projects to align with organizational goals, developing comprehensive project plans encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and collaborating with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing resource planning and allocation to optimize team performance across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards, and facilitating governance processes by tracking milestones, monitoring risks, and providing regular status updates to senior leadership. Driving continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing lessons learned from completed projects and acting as a liaison between business units and technical teams for seamless communication will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, along with at least 8 years of experience in PMO roles focused on ERP/SCM implementations across industries. In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle Fusion, expertise in project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum), and tools such as Jira or MS Project are essential. Strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience in presenting to executive leadership are also required.
