JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Maintenance, Engineering, Project, and Reliability Engineering, as well as ensuring equipment and systems operate reliably and efficiently. Your role will involve planning, implementing, and managing maintenance, engineering projects, and reliability program

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, project management, or reliability management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering principles.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, automation ad equipment.
• Knowledge of failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), root cause analysis (RCA), RCM (reliability-centered maintenance).
• Understanding of asset lifecycle management and predictive maintenance.
• Preventative & predictive maintenance strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting; ability to lead capital improvement and process optimization projects.
• Six Sigma, 5s, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping.
• Leadership and Operational skills
