We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily production activities in our food processing facility . The role requires ensuring production targets are met with high standards of quality, hygiene, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in food manufacturing and a strong understanding of food safety and operational best practices. Key Responsibilities:1. Supervision & Team Management Supervise and coordinate production line workers and machine operators. Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure targets are met. Provide on-the-job training and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). 2. Production Planning & Execution Implement daily/weekly production plans as per schedules. Equipment & Process Monitoring Oversee operation of machinery and equipment during shifts. Report malfunctions or breakdowns to the maintenance team. Ensure timely start-up and shut-down of equipment. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and inventory logs. Update production dashboards and report shift performance to management. Track downtime, rejections, and process improvements. Key Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Production, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing, including supervisory experience. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices . Good leadership and team coordination skills. Basic computer literacy (Excel, ERP systems, production software). The ideal candidate will ensure production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while meeting quality standards and regulatory compliance.
