Plant Manager

Role Overview: You will lead and manage overall plant operations including machining, fabrication, welding, assembly, and control panel manufacturing. Your main responsibility will be to plan and execute production schedules aligned with delivery timelines and project milestones. You will supervise teams across welding, fabrication, machining, and electrical/mechanical assembly departments to ensure adherence to quality standards, customer specifications, and safety norms. Additionally, you will oversee the fabrication and welding of sheet metal enclosures and structural components as per design requirements and collaborate with project and design teams to ensure smooth execution of customized projects.
