The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing production Planning , packaging Planning , dispatch planning , and compliance activities for categories such as rice, paddy, pulses (dals), and related by-products. Job Location- Manvi, Raichur This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operational efficiency with strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end plant operations including daily production planning, packing, dispatch, and manpower supervision. - Ensure smooth functioning of procurement, quality control, and inventory management for rice, pulses, and other commodities. - Drive sales coordination for both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels to maximize business performance. - Coordinate with major MT players, retailers, and institutional buyers to secure and execute large purchase orders. - Maintain strict adherence to FSSAI and other statutory compliances, ensuring all licenses, audits, and documentation are up to date. - Optimize plant productivity, minimize wastage, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. - Collaborate with Agrigrader for supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely dispatches and cost efficiency. - Develop and train on-ground staff to build a performance-oriented, safety-compliant culture. - Generate performance and operational reports for management with clear improvement action plans. Key Performance Indicators: - Production efficiency and adherence to schedules. - Sales achievement through MT and GT channels. - Compliance rating and FSSAI audit score. - Procurement cost savings and efficiency. - Timely dispatch performance and order accuracy.
