Plant Manager

As the **Plant In-Charge** at Palriwal Metals and Minerals Pvt. Ltd., you will be leading the operations of our new aluminium recycling company in Palsana, Surat. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity, ensuring safety, and maintaining high-quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing daily operations such as scrap receipt, segregation, rotary furnace melting, fluxing, dross cooling, and ingot casting. - Planning production schedules, optimizing yield, and ensuring strict adherence to environmental norms set by CPCB/SPCB. - Overseeing inventory management, coordinating preventive maintenance, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of housekeeping and reporting. To excel in this role, you should have a **Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering** along with **5-10 years of hands-on experience** in aluminium recycling or non-ferrous foundry operations. Essential skills include knowledge of rotary furnace operation, fluxing, degassing, spectro analysis, and alloy control. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with EHS and pollution control requirements are also required. At Palriwal Metals and Minerals Pvt.
