Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager located in Dadra & Nagar Haveli. The Plant Manager will oversee and manage the daily operations of the plant, ensuring compliance with production schedules, quality standards, and operational safety. Responsibilities include production planning, managing manufacturing operations, optimizing processes for efficiency, and leading the team to achieve business goals. The role also involves maintaining equipment, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing continuous improvement strategies to enhance overall productivity.

• Strong expertise in Plant Management and Plant Operations
• Proficiency in Operations Management and overseeing production processes
• Experience in Production Planning and leading manufacturing operations
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001:2015 and a commitment to process improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
