Job Position : Manager / Sr. Manager - Manufacturing

Job Location : Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
KRA's :1. Production Planning & Execution•  Ensure smooth production planning and timely completion of output.•  Maintain consistent capacity utilization without disruptions.2. Plant Operations Efficiency•  Improve end-to-end workflow and eliminate bottlenecks.•  Strengthen coordination with relevant teams to enhance operational flow.3. Cost Control & Budget Management•  Optimize material usage, manpower, and operating costs.•  Drive cost-effective practices while adhering to approved budgets.4. People Leadership & Development•  Lead and guide the workforce to maintain high performance standards.•  Ensure continuous skill enhancement and strong work discipline.5. Compliance & Governance•  Maintain adherence to statutory, regulatory, and audit requirements.•  Ensure accurate documentation and promote ethical plant practices.6. Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement•  Lead process improvements and modernization initiatives.•  Support new product introductions and align operations with business goals.
