As a Plant Manager (Technical) at the industrial laundry facility in Hyderabad, your role involves overseeing the daily operations, optimizing processes, and supervising staff. Your experience in managing industrial equipment and ensuring high productivity will be crucial in maintaining efficient workflow and timely processing. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily laundry plant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely processing. - Supervise machine operators and technical staff to maintain high productivity. - Monitor and maintain industrial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, ironers, and folding machines. - Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend machine lifespan. - Ensure quality control in washing, drying, ironing, and finishing processes. - Manage energy, water, and steam usage to optimize operational costs. - Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency. - Work closely with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve machine issues. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for spare parts and services when required.
