Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Business & Export Sales Manager to drive global expansion and develop distributor networks across international markets. This role will be pivotal in achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring market-specific compliance and strategic alignment across our key FMCG product categories — Prayer Essentials, Home Cleaning Tools, Personal Care, Fabric Care, and Food . Key Responsibilities Distributor/Importer Appointment: Identify, evaluate, and onboard distributors/importers for assigned international territories. Lead Generation & Conversion: Generate and qualify leads from multiple sources to finalize partnerships with potential FMCG distributors/importers. Sales Target Achievement: Drive export sales and meet assigned sales and profitability targets within the designated region. Distribution Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and distribution plans across multiple product lines to ensure strong market penetration and growth. Market Analysis: Identify and analyze potential distributors/importers and understand their specific business requirements. Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with distributors/importers and key customers. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. MIS Reporting: Prepare and share regular MIS reports covering sales performance, lead status, and distributor activities. Regulatory Compliance: Communicate country/region-specific compliance and regulatory requirements to internal teams to ensure timely product and documentation alignment. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product development and marketing teams to align offerings with local market needs and preferences. Candidate Profile: Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in International Business, Marketing, or related discipline. 3+ years of experience in Export Sales or International Business Development, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven experience in appointing and managing international distributors/importers. Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of global trade practices, compliance regulations, and export documentation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
