The ideal candidate will have experience managing a large scale production unit with creative ideas and robust industrial knowledge. The candidate must be strong in technical knowledge and compliances and must be quick to act on situations and production breakdowns. The candidate must rise above daily working of the plant and involve himself future planning of the plant along with efficient running procedures of the production line.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee plant operations such as budget, production schedule and stock
2. Analyze production costs and inventory to establish areas of improvements
3. Examine processes and design plans to effectively use available resources
4.Ensure adeherence to rules and workplace policies
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
2. 5+ years of experience in Packaging or Plastic Industry
3.Experience in plant management and amnufacturing operations. Strong management and operations skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
