As a Production Planner, you will be : Responsible of elaborating the daily and weekly production plan based on the requirements of Customers that are transfer by the MPS process that is currently set up in SAP (interface). Responsible for ensuring that the metrics are at an adequate level, taking the necessary measures to ensure that the finished product is sent to the customer on time. JOB SUMMARY: Production Planning Production Scheduler : 1- Review MPS demand coming from SAP into legacy system (interface) 2- Create work orders for FG and subassemblies in timely matter to meet customers expected date. 3- Create a daily and weekly production plan and provide it to production in timely matter. 4- Review Daily and weekly production completion with the Production Supervisor and VSM. 5- Confirm and ensure that the production plan is being follow. 6- Ensure production is meeting work order completion metric for the LOB in the Site by Low Inventory report. 7- Follow up with the introduction of new articles on Site. 8- Provide deep dive analysis in case of customer misses by LOB Additional Responsibilities : Daily review on Past Due, OTTR, WO Attainment and Planned Orders Report and ensure to complete the information required to not affect our metrics. Key link in between the Replenishment planning and Customer care requirements per LOB and traduce it into production plan for the Site. HOS Deployment 1- Attend daily Tier3 and functional meeting. 2- Ensure that the graph is updated daily the key business metric related to Planning (W.O. completion, Past Due, OTTR). 3- Participate in the RPS process as required. 4- Be a proactive member in the implementation of the different HOS elements during the deployment in the Site. 5- Achieve the goal establish for CI's. 6- Other HOS activities. HSE Deployment 1- Follow and take the HSE trainings that are scheduled thru the HSE matrix. 2- At least provide 2 safety observations per week and track them in the Tier meeting. 3- Participate in any RPS that is required due to an incident. 4- Follow the HSE policy of the Site. 5- Complete Self Risk assessment of the area. 6- Other HSE activities. YOU MUST HAVE 2 years of experience in Production Planning. Diploma in Industrial Engineering , Administration or equivalent experience demonstrated on Planning. Supply Chain projects expertise for customer satisfaction improvement and inventory reduction. Working knowledge of MRP system (preferably SAP) and skills in Excel and Office, English spoken and written Able to make decisions using data provided.
