Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution 
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms. 
  • Execute performance campaigns (lead generation, enrollments, remarketing) aligned with business goals. 
  • Data & Analytics 
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance against KPIs (CAC, CPL, ROI, ROAS, LTV). 
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for the leadership team. 
  • A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to maximize conversions. 
  • Budget Management 
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across multiple channels. 
  • Ensure campaigns deliver within CAC targets and improve cost efficiency. 
  • Collaboration & Growth 
  • Work with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages. 
  • Collaborate with the sales/admissions team to ensure high-quality lead flow and optimize lead nurturing. 
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and new ad tech. 


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 
  • Strong analytical skills with knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio. 
  • Understanding of EdTech user funnels (lead → demo → enrollment → upsell). 
  • Experience with CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Leadsquared, etc.) is a plus. 
  • Excellent communication and project management skills. 
  • Growth mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
  • 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or B2C industries. 
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable results in lead generation and customer acquisition.
