Job Title: SEO & Performance Marketing Specialist - Multi-Brand Strategy & Growth Location: HQ27, Gurugram, India (Must be Gurgaon-based or ready to relocate immediately) Reporting To: Digital Marketing Head (India) Supporting: Global E-commerce SEO & Paid Performance Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: The SEO & Performance Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing and optimizing campaigns across organic and paid channels. This includes keyword research, SEO audits, ad campaign execution, funnel optimization, and performance reporting. The role requires someone analytical, hands-on, and proactive in driving digital growth across multiple e-commerce sites. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Execution & Management Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and backlink analysis Build topic clusters and support content briefs with semantic keyword planning Implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and bounce rates 2. Paid Performance Campaigns Support setup, monitoring, and reporting of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns Understand compliance requirements for ad platforms when promoting health and wellness products Assist in optimizing CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates Execute A/B tests and analyze outcomes for budget reallocation 3. Funnel Tracking & Optimization Analyze drop-offs in conversion flow and support CRO initiatives Tag campaigns, manage UTM tracking, and maintain reporting dashboards 4. Content & Landing Page Coordination Provide SEO briefs and support content planning with keyword clusters Coordinate with design team for landing page visuals and CTA performance 5. Reporting & Insights Maintain SEO and ad performance dashboards Deliver weekly traffic, conversion, and ranking reports to the Digital Marketing Lead Key Skills & Competencies: Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopify tools Experience with Amazon Ads or Amazon Seller Central is a plus Strong understanding of SEO metrics and digital advertising KPIs Analytical thinker with Excel/Google Sheets fluency Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to improve performance over time Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in SEO and digital ad campaign management Prior experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry is highly preferred Background in e-commerce platform or performance marketing agencies is a plus Exposure to managing campaigns across multiple regions, preferably in the US, Europe, and UAE Work Schedule: Working Days : Weekly Off: Sunday 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off Other Saturdays: Working Work Timings : 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST Salary & Emoluments: Final package depends on performance marketing experience, SEO results, and ability to support multi-site digital growth independently.
