We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing ROI-focused campaigns to drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics daily (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, etc.) to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Develop customer acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage performance marketing budgets and ensure efficient spend allocation across channels.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other performance tools.
  • Strong understanding of online conversion funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Hotjar, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing (optional, based on your business).
