Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & execute

    performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), YouTube, Programmatic channels, and other relevant channels tailored to D2C growth.
  • Optimize campaigns

    to drive core performance metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, conversion rate, AOV.
  • Manage ad budgets

    effectively, and monitor spend to ensure efficient ROI across platforms.
  • Segment audiences & retarget

    to enhance conversion efficiency and scale customer acquisition.
  • Perform A/B testing

    on ad creatives, audience targeting, landing pages, and messaging to continually refine effectiveness.
  • Analyse data

    using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and other tracking/reporting tools to derive insights and inform strategy.
  • Collaborate

    with creative, content, and operations teams to align campaign messaging and execution with brand voice and objectives.
  • Report and communicate

    performance: prepare regular dashboards, performance summaries, and strategic insights for leadership.
  • Stay updated

    on market trends, platform innovations, and competitor strategies to leverage emerging opportunities.



Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience:

    4+ years in performance marketing, specifically in a D2C or e‑commerce context


Tool proficiency:

  • Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Analytics, Campaign Analytics, tracking and attribution tools
  • Data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
  • Analytical mindset:

    comfortable interpreting campaign data to drive strategic decisions and optimizations
  • Testing & optimization:

    demonstrated ability to design and execute experiment-driven improvements
  • Communication:

    strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for sustainability:

    aligned with Armwood’s eco-conscious vision
