Responsibilities:

• Create and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid media platforms.
• Analyze market trends and audience behavior to identify opportunities and optimize ad strategies.
• Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, etc.) to track performance, uncover insights, and make data-backed decisions.
• Run A/B tests to refine ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
• Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI and efficiency.
• Collaborate with content, design, and strategy teams to create compelling ad creatives.
• Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to enhance marketing efforts.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging marketing technologies.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience

  in performance marketing, ideally in a

  marketing or advertising agency.

• Proven expertise in

  Meta Ads & Google Ads

  campaign execution and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization tools.
• Experience with

  A/B testing

  , conversion rate optimization, and audience segmentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM is a plus.
