Job Overview:We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to independently manage the social media presence of 8 Views and its associated brands. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can create, manage, and elevate our brand identity and engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities:Own the digital voice of 8 Views and its brands across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.Plan and execute content calendars aligned with brand objectives, ongoing campaigns, and trending topics.Create engaging, high-quality content — from captions to carousels — that reflects the brand's tone and resonates with the audience.Monitor social media channels daily for feedback, inquiries, and engagement opportunities — responding promptly and professionally.Track key performance metrics and derive insights to optimize content, engagement, and overall strategy.Collaborate with internal teams (design, video, performance) to ensure cohesive and aligned communication.Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, content trends, and emerging tools to maintain a fresh and effective social presence. Preferred Qualifications:2–4 years of experience handling social media for brandsWorked in a digital agency or a fast-paced startup (preferable)Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a similar fieldComfortable reading social media insights and improving content based on itFamiliar with tools like Canva and basic social media scheduling platforms
