Role Overview The Social Media Manager will manage social media strategy & execution, including content calendars for Sitaram Ayurveda s hospital, e-commerce, and branches/clinics. Responsibilities Create & manage content calendars for: E-Commerce Sitaram Ayurveda Hospital Sitaram Ayurveda Clinics / Branches Plan & execute monthly content: Reels, carousels & stories etc Doctor education videos Clinic-specific content & testimonials Treatment awareness & seasonal topics Coordinate with: In-house content creators & editors Doctors & branch managers for healthcare content Performance marketing team for synergy Monitor DMs, comments & community engagement Track performance & deliver monthly insights reports Identify reel trends & brand storytelling ideas Manage influencer collaboration pipeline Assist in managing online reputation for clinics (soft replies & routing medical queries) Maintain brand tone & consistency across branches Experience 3-5 years in social media management Healthcare/Ayurveda experience preferred Skills Content planning, social media analytics, Meta Business Suite, communication & copywriting, UGC strategy, reels understanding Should be able to read and write Malayalam
