Role Overview The BU Head – D2C Website & Brands will own and drive the end-to-end strategy, growth, and P&L of Amwoodo’s D2C business. This includes leading the website operations, performance marketing, brand development, UI/UX, customer journey optimization, and cross-functional coordination with product, design, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Strategy & P&L Ownership Develop and execute the growth roadmap for Amwoodo's D2C vertical. Own the P&L, monitor gross margins, CAC, AOV, retention, and CLTV. Identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives to scale the business sustainably. 2. Website & Conversion Optimization Manage the end-to-end D2C website (Shopify/Custom), ensuring optimal UX/UI. Work closely with tech and design teams to implement CRO strategies. Lead SEO, on-site content strategy, and performance analytics. 3. Performance & Growth Marketing Design and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, Retargeting, Email/SMS). Own media budgets, CAC targets, and campaign ROI. Partner with external agencies or internal teams to drive high-impact results. 4. Brand Building & Customer Experience Evolve Amwoodo’s brand narrative and identity for D2C audiences. Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand presence across web, social, and packaging. Oversee CRM and retention marketing (loyalty, email, remarketing, post-purchase flows). 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Liaise with the Product, Design, Operations, and Logistics teams for supply chain planning and order fulfillment. Coordinate with customer support to ensure frictionless post-sales service and feedback loops. 6. Data, Insights & Reporting Track KPIs including sessions, conversion rate, revenue, cart abandonment, bounce rate, etc. Use data tools (GA4, Hotjar, CRM dashboards, etc.) to extract insights and optimize performance.
