Role Overview

As Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll lead the creation and execution of influencer-driven campaigns that spotlight our mission and drive brand engagement. You'll partner with eco-conscious creators to authentically communicate our bamboo-based narrative across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and roll out influencer marketing strategies that align with Amwoodo’s mission, KPIs, and sustainability values.

• Identify, engage, and nurture partnerships with influencers—including nano, micro, and macro creators—who resonate with eco-conscious and hospitality audiences.

• Negotiate contracts, compensation terms, and campaign deliverables in collaboration with influencers and agencies.

• Oversee campaign execution: content co-creation, calendar management, brand alignment, and compliance with disclosure guidelines.

• Measure campaign success using key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) and deliver insights to optimize future initiatives.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams—Creative, Social, Product, PR—to ensure influencer content reflects brand messaging.

• Stay abreast of influencer marketing trends, platform shifts, and compliance requirements, and apply learnings to enhance effectiveness.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing roles.

• Demonstrated success in managing influencer campaigns that drive engagement and brand visibility.

• Strong network within influencer communities.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Creativity and strategic mindset with an ability to align campaigns.

• Outstanding project management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight deadlines.

• Awareness of influencer disclosure norms and legal compliance standards.
