• Collaborate with brand, content, and performance teams to build high-impact campaigns
• Track performance — reach, engagement, conversions, ROI (yes, numbers matter)
• Ensure every collaboration feels

• You have

  4+ years of experience

  in influencer marketing or digital-first brand campaigns
• You’ve worked at

  top-tier marketing agencies

  (DDB, Saatchi & Saatchi, Ogilvy, Wieden+Kennedy, etc.)
• You understand creators, communities, and culture
• You can negotiate smartly without burning bridges
• You balance creativity with data-backed decision making
• You hate boring campaigns as much as we do

• You’ve scaled influencer programs from scratch
• You’ve worked with lifestyle, tech, or youth-focused brands
• You have a strong creator network that actually responds
• You can spot trends before they hit “overdone” status
