Revenue Growth
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets via the D2C website
CAC and Marketing ROI
Maintain or reduce CAC within acceptable benchmarks while scaling revenue
Website Conversion Rate Optimization
Increase conversion rate through UI/UX, CRO, and checkout optimizations
Brand Awareness & Engagement
Improve brand metrics (engagement rate, recall, loyalty, etc.)
Retention & Repeat Rate
Increase customer repeat purchase rate and LTV through retention strategies
Operational Efficiency
Ensure smooth D2C order processing, packaging, and delivery
Customer Satisfaction (NPS, CSAT)
