Job Title: Performance Marketer

Location: Kolkata

Experience: 2–5 years

Salary: As per industry standards

About the Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, data-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Run and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Optimize for performance
Manage full-funnel flow: ad creative → landing page → conversion
Monitor performance and generate weekly/monthly reports
Work closely with design and content teams for creative direction

Requirements:

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Google & Meta Ads
Strong analytical skills; familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and conversion tracking
Up-to-date with trends in digital marketing and ad platforms

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
