Job Title : Digital Marketing Head – Multi-Brand Strategy & Growth Location : HQ27, Gurugram, India (Must be Gurgaon-based or ready to relocate immediately) Reporting To : Founder & CEO (Dubai) Supporting : Global Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Head will be responsible for driving the digital growth strategy and marketing performance across a group of affiliated companies: bioQuad and Bio-Rep (health supplements, D2C ecommerce – US, EU, UAE) HMRDO (health education and research – US) Fête Events (event design and management – UAE) Reve Rentals (furniture rental – UAE) Pixel Digital Systems (managed print services – UAE) This is a senior, shared role with full accountability for performance marketing, SEO, email, CRO, and campaign strategy across these diverse brands. The candidate will coordinate with in-house teams and external vendors to drive measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Oversight Supervise the daily output, deadlines, and quality of all digital support staff (Graphic Designers and Performance Marketing Executives) across business units, with responsibilities expanding as additional team members are onboarded Ensure alignment across brand-specific teams and maintain accountability for delivery and performance standards 2. Paid Media Management Plan and execute campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Optimize budgets based on ROI/ROAS, audience performance, and funnel analytics Track campaign performance across regional websites (US, EU, UAE) 3. SEO & Organic Growth Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO Identify ranking opportunities and build backlinks in relevant industry domains Track organic growth KPIs and coordinate with content support as needed 4. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Analyze funnel drop-offs, A/B test landing pages and ad creatives Coordinate with design team to improve product page design and user flow Optimize mobile experience, page load speed, and CTAs 5. Email & Social Campaign Oversight Manage email automations (welcome, educational, promotional flows) Review organic social strategy and performance Ensure alignment of campaigns across ads, emails, and landing pages 6. Multi-Brand Oversight Lead digital strategy, campaign execution coordination, and performance reporting for affiliated brands: bioQuad, Bio-Rep (Boneo Canine), HMRDO, Fête Events, Reve Rentals, and Pixel Digital Systems Align digital efforts across brands by working closely with local teams, internal designers, and performance marketers assigned to each brand 7. Reporting & Coordination Deliver weekly and monthly KPIs to CEO Coordinate daily tasks with Gurgaon-based team Maintain campaign documentation, briefs, and test results logs 8. Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives Contribute to quarterly planning and goal-setting across brands. Recommend new digital channels, campaign ideas, and testing opportunities to drive performance. Collaborate with the CEO and brand stakeholders on long-term digital strategy. Key Skills & Competencies: Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Shopify, SEO, and Tag Manager Proven ability to build ROI-positive campaigns with lean budgets Strong grasp of funnel metrics, A/B testing, and growth loops Team coordination, especially in fast-moving environments Excellent English reporting, written, and spoken communication Ability to adapt digital strategy and tone to multiple industries and audience types Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus) Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in digital marketing or ecommerce (health-related digital marketing is a plus) Experience managing international campaigns and overseeing creatives/content teams Work Schedule: Working Days : Weekly Off: Sunday 2nd & 4th Saturday: Off Other Saturdays: Working Work Timings : 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST Salary & Emoluments: Final package depends on strategic experience, proven campaign performance, and ability to lead digital operations independently.
