Job Description

As a leading product engineering services company, we at CX have a proven track record of successfully launching and maintaining innovative products for our clients since our establishment. Many of these products have been operational since 2013. We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital growth strategies for our IT services business. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 15 years of extensive experience in digital marketing specifically within the IT or tech industry. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth, enhance product adoption, and optimize user acquisition through strategic and tactical digital campaigns across various channels. Your responsibilities will include: Planning and implementing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy. Leading a team of digital marketing professionals. Generating high-quality inbound leads through integrated campaigns across email, social media, search engines, and other digital platforms. Managing and scaling the company's online presence, including the website, SEO, social media channels, and third-party platforms to enhance visibility, traffic, and engagement. Collaborating with pre-sales and delivery teams to create impactful content such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, blogs, videos, and webinars. Planning and executing outbound campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and drive pipeline growth. Monitoring and analyzing website performance, SEO metrics, digital engagement, and campaign ROI to continuously refine strategies. Key Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of digital marketing experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role, focusing on social media, content, and inbound marketing. Proven experience in leading digital initiatives for IT services companies with revenues exceeding $50M. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. Demonstrated success in social media campaigns and content strategies. In-depth knowledge of the IT services sales cycle and the role of digital marketing in business development. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage content and campaign strategies across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
