Job Description

Planning and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy: -Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, Lead Generation & Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads through integrated campaigns across email, social media, Search engines and other digital platforms. Digital Presence Management: Own and scale the companys online presence, including website, SEO, social media channels, and third-party platforms to improve visibility, traffic, and engagement. Content Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to gather insights for developing high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, blogs, videos, and webinars. Manage writers and content creators to ensure timely and strategic publishing. Outbound & Marketing Automation: Plan and run outbound campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and drive pipeline growth. Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on website performance, SEO metrics, digital engagement, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies continuously. Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing with 5 years in leadership role, with a strong focus on social media, content, and inbound marketing. - Proven track record of leading digital initiatives for IT services companies with $50M+ in revenue. - Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. - Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. - Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content strategies. - Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle and the role of digital marketing in supporting business development. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage content and campaign strategies across multiple channels. - Excellent written and verbal
