Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (IND AS/IFRS). Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable laws. Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and ensure timely closure of audits. Manage working capital, cash flow, and bank reconciliations. Handle vendor payments and receivables monitoring. Prepare MIS reports and support management in budgeting and forecasting. Assist in improving internal controls and automation of accounting processes. Liaise with consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed. Key Requirements: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2-4 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial reporting.
