Seeking a creative and performance-driven Marketing & Social Media Branding Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, brand visibility, and lead-generation efforts. The ideal candidate understands global social media trends, especially for the US and other given targeted audience, and can create impactful content that aligns with our brand and business goals.

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company objectives (brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation)
  • Manage and maintain content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc)
  • Create high-quality posts, reels, videos, stories, and other multimedia content tailored for the US solar audience
  • Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
  • Optimize ad campaigns for conversions, CPL, and ROI
  • Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
  • Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels
  • Engage with followersrespond to comments, direct messages, and industry posts to grow community trust
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving platforms to stay ahead
  • Create email marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions, product updates)
  • Develop persuasive marketing content that supports sales teams and improves conversion quality
  • Conduct market and audience research to understand customer behavior, trends, and industry positioning
  • Growth in engagement, followers, and qualified leads
  • Improved brand visibility in the US and other solar market
  • Consistent posting frequency and content quality
  • ROI from paid campaigns and contribution to sales pipeline.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing (solar/renewable energy preferred)
  • Strong understanding of US-based social media trends and audience behaviour
  • Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads
  • Strong content writing, visual storytelling, and creative editing skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize performance.
