JOB DESCRIPTION :
Key Responsibilities :
Execute SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing & Email Campaigns Manage online engagement databases and campaigns Track ROI & KPIs for digital initiatives Oversee website performance, accuracy & upgrades Conduct content audits and collaborate with design/agency teams Monitor analytics using Google Analytics, Search Console & SEO tools Create monthly dashboards and insights reports Build digital campaigns to strengthen brand visibility Manage online reputation and cross-platform engagement Ensure data quality across CRM/MIS systems Coordinate with IT for system enhancements, documentation & release cycles Skills & Competencies :
Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
Expertise in Excel, Power BI, Visio/Lucidchart Knowledge of CRM/ERP workflows (Zoho preferred) Excellent communication & documentation skills Stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration Highly organized, detail-oriented & proactive mindset.
