Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social

media marketing, content marketing, and email campaigns.

  • Manage marketing databases and engagement campaigns to drive visibility and

conversions.

  • Monitor, track, and report ROI and KPIs to measure campaign performance.

2. Website Management

  • Oversee website planning, upgrades, performance monitoring, and user-

experience improvements.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and digital agencies to optimize navigation,

content, and design.

  • Conduct regular content audits to maintain accuracy and eliminate

redundancies.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to improve

conversions.

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEO tools, etc., to analyze

trends and generate insights.

  • Prepare monthly dashboards and present actionable insights to leadership.

4. Brand Visibility & Online Reputation

  • Support conceptualization of digital campaigns to increase awareness and

engagement.

  • Monitor the brands online presence and reputation across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on emerging tools, trends, and best practices to elevate digital

strategy.

Additional Responsibilities

Data Quality & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems (CRM, donor platforms, MIS).
  • Support the development of structured dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Track KPIs for system utilization and process adherence.

Continuous Improvement & Governance

  • Act as a liaison between operations and IT for system enhancements and issue

resolution.

  • Implement frameworks for version control, documentation, and issue

tracking.

  • Recommend best practices to ensure standardized, controlled system releases.

Training & Support

  • Develop user manuals and conduct training sessions for teams to improve

adoption of processes and tools.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc.) and data analysis

tools (Excel, Power BI preferred).

  • Understanding of CRM/ERP platforms and workflows (Zoho experience is an

advantage).

  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in handling multiple priorities.
