Job Summary:

Digital

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a

    digital

    marketing strategy

    aligned with business goals for our CRM products.
  • Manage

    SEO campaigns

    including keyword strategy, technical optimization, and backlink acquisition to boost organic visibility.
  • Plan and execute

    PPC campaigns

    across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid channels with a focus on

    B2B lead generation and conversion optimization

    .
  • Handle

    Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter) Ads

    for targeted brand awareness and lead engagement.
  • Implement

    SMO strategies

    to strengthen brand presence, drive engagement, and increase traffic from social platforms.
  • Oversee

    affiliate and partnership marketing programs

    , onboarding relevant partners to increase reach and lead flow.
  • Create and monitor marketing funnels for

    CRM product demos, free trials, and paid conversions.

  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign effectiveness using

    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and CRM analytics dashboards.

  • Collaborate with

    sales, content, and product teams

    to align digital campaigns with product positioning and customer needs.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate spend efficiently, and ensure optimal

    ROI

    across all digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest

    SaaS marketing trends, automation tools, and competitors

    digital

    strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience in

    B2B SaaS or IT product marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of

    SEO (on-page/off-page), PPC, SMO, and Affiliate Marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with

    Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools.

  • Experience using

    CRM systems (like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)

    for campaign tracking and automation.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in

    Google Analytics, Search Console, and campaign reporting tools.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to strategize and execute

    multi-channel campaigns

    that convert.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in

    Marketing, IT, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum

    58 years

    of experience in digital marketing, preferably in

    IT/SaaS or CRM product companies.

  • Certifications in

    Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or SEO

    are a plus.

  • Qualified B2B lead generation & conversion rate
  • Organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements
  • ROI from paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Social engagement metrics and affiliate program ROI
