We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with 2-3 years of experience to develop, implement, and optimize online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, along with the ability to analyze campaign performance to drive business growth. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and executing effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with certifications in Digital Marketing preferred.
2-3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and performance analytics.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms.
Strong analytical skills to measure and optimize campaigns based on ROI and KPIs.
Excellent communication skills for content creation and cross-functional collaboration.
