Troubleshoot product-related issues and ensure resolution within SLA. Document support interactions and update internal knowledge bases. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams for issue resolution. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in technical/customer support in an IT product environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce is a plus.
