Job Description CX is a product engineering services company and has launched many successful products for its clients since its inception. Many of these products have been running since 2013. We are looking for a visionary and highly experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital growth initiatives for our IT services business. The ideal candidate must have over 15 years of proven experience in digital marketing within the IT or tech industry. You will be responsible for driving growth, increasing product adoption, and optimizing user acquisition through strategic and tactical digital campaigns across multiple channel. Requirements Planning and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy: Lead a team of digital marketing professionals, Lead Generation & Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads through integrated campaigns across email, social media, Search engines and other digital platforms. Digital Presence Management: Own and scale the company’s online presence, including website, SEO, social media channels, and third-party platforms to improve visibility, traffic, and engagement. Content Marketing Leadership: Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to gather insights for developing high-impact content such as whitepapers, case studies, customer testimonials, blogs, videos, and webinars. Manage writers and content creators to ensure timely and strategic publishing. Outbound & Marketing Automation: Plan and run outbound campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads, re-engage prospects, and drive pipeline growth. Analytics & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on website performance, SEO metrics, digital engagement, and campaign ROI. Use insights to refine strategies continuously. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in digital marketing with 5 years in leadership role, with a strong focus on social media, content, and inbound marketing. Proven track record of leading digital initiatives for IT services companies with $50M+ in revenue. Proficient in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools. Solid understanding of SEO and SEM best practices. Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content strategies. Strong understanding of the IT services sales cycle and the role of digital marketing in supporting business development. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage content and campaign strategies across multiple channels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a team as a team lead and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing trends and innovations. Benefits Health insurance.
