Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive

    digital marketing strategies

    to drive lead generation, user acquisition, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize

    performance marketing campaigns

    across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
  • Oversee

    content marketing

    , including blogs, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase engagement and inbound leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales and recruitment teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze marketing performance data, generate insights, and present actionable reports to leadership.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient ROI-driven spending.
  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team or coordinate with agencies/freelancers to execute campaigns effectively.

    initiatives tailored for recruitment and staffing audiences.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, recruitment technology, and competitive strategies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years

    of proven experience in

    digital marketing

    , with at least

    2+ years in a managerial or leadership role

  • Must have experience working with

    startups

    , preferably in the

    recruitment, staffing, or HR tech

    domain.
  • Strong expertise in

    SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as

    Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
