Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced and highly analytical Performance Marketing Manager who has worked with D2C brands or performance-driven digital agencies . This person will lead the performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, DV360 , and other programmatic platforms, executing high-scale, pan-India campaigns to drive growth across Prune's product suite. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop, manage, and execute full-funnel performance marketing campaigns across paid media platforms including Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and DV360. Define KPIs for growth, ROAS, CAC, LTV, and other performance metrics across user acquisition and retention. Execution & Optimization Launch and optimize high-budget, pan-India campaigns tailored for diverse geographies, languages, and segments. Conduct rigorous A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and landing pages to improve conversion metrics. Leverage customer insights and user journey data to refine targeting and messaging. Reporting & Analytics Build dashboards and detailed weekly/monthly performance reports. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM tools to continuously improve outcomes. Work with the product and design teams to optimize landing pages for better performance. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with creative and content teams for high-performing ad copy and visual storytelling. Partner with tech and product teams to ensure data tracking, pixels, and attribution are functioning correctly. Coordinate with channel partners and agencies to maintain consistent campaign execution. Requirements Experience : 3–6 years in performance marketing, preferably with a high-growth D2C brand or digital agency. Expertise : Proven hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and DV360. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, tracking, and attribution models. Experience in handling campaigns targeting Tier 1, Tier 2, and regional Indian markets. Tools : Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, DV360, Hotjar, Excel/Sheets. Bonus : Experience with vernacular campaigns and programmatic media buying. Preferred Attributes Results-oriented with a bias for action. Analytical mindset with strong Excel/data handling skills. Creative eye to evaluate ad creatives and messaging. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
