About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – GTM & Demand Generation to lead client-facing growth engagements focused on pipeline creation and revenue impact.


You will own GTM strategy and execution across channels like cold outbound and/or paid marketing, and performance-driven demand programs for B2B clients.


You’ll act as the primary GTM partner for clients, translating their business goals into scalable demand generation strategies, while working closely with internal delivery teams (performance, creative, ops) to drive measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities :-


Client & GTM Leadership

  • Own end-to-end GTM and demand generation strategy for assigned client accounts
  • Act as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for client stakeholders
  • Lead GTM planning sessions, QBRs, performance reviews, and roadmap discussions
  • Translate client business goals into pipeline-focused demand programs


Demand generation across one or multiple channels

  • Design and execute cold outbound programs (email, LinkedIn, sequencing) in collaboration with sales teams
  • Lead paid and performance marketing initiatives (search, paid social, retargeting)
  • Build and manage campaign-led GTM motions across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU
  • Develop ICPs, personas, messaging frameworks, and offers aligned to buying committees
  • Continuously test and optimize audiences, creatives, channels, and funnels


Measurement & Optimization

  • Own reporting across pipeline contribution, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Analyze performance data and present clear insights and recommendations to clients
  • Drive experimentation and iteration to improve efficiency and scale impact


Internal collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with performance marketers, designers, copywriters, and ops teams to execute GTM programs
  • Ensure high-quality execution across all demand channels
  • Manage agencies, tools, and vendors as required
  • Maintain consistency in brand positioning and messaging across client campaigns


What are we looking for -

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in demand generation, GTM, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven experience in a client-facing or agency environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B GTM motions and pipeline-driven marketing
  • Hands-on experience with cold outbound, paid media, and performance marketing
  • Ability to confidently engage with founders, marketing leaders, and sales teams
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and experimentation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Deep experience working with SaaS, B2B tech, or high-growth startups
  • Exposure to latest ABM, outbound automation, CRM, and RevOps technologies
