Now, we’re looking for a senior web designer to help us visually express that evolution- across every touchpoint. This isn’t a support function. It’s a core lever of how we communicate, sell, and scale. The Mission: Build a design function that doesn’t just follow trends - it drives outcomes. What You’ll Own: Brand & Website Design Lead the end-to-end redesign of our website with a lens on both brand and performance Create modular design systems that can scale as fast as the company does Marry high-level storytelling with crisp, conversion-led execution Sales & Marketing Collateral Translate case studies, decks, and content into clean, compelling visual stories Partner with content & marketing teams to bring strategic narratives to life Design Ops & Execution Move fast- create design output in days/weeks, not months Own the design pipeline from intake to execution- with quality and speed Set up systems, tools, and workflows to scale design efficiently What We’re Looking For: 4- 6 years of experience in a B2B tech/services/SaaS company A portfolio that shows both craft and conversion thinking Experience working directly with CXOs or business heads Has led or played a key role in website overhauls Has designed pitch decks, case studies, and B2B sales/marketing assets High awareness of modern B2B design trends- knows what “good” looks like Bonus Points If You’ve: Rebranded a company or led a full-scale design transformation Created collateral that directly improved win rates or conversions What You Can Expect: Real ownership – You won’t just ship what’s asked, you’ll shape what’s needed High velocity, low ego – We care more about outcomes than credit A seat at the table – Work closely with founders and function leads If you’re looking to do the best work of your career- and move fast while doing it -we’d love to meet you.
