The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both front-end and back-end web applications. Day-to-day tasks include working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development, and developing back-end solutions using various back-end technologies. The role also involves collaborating with other team members to create a seamless user experience and integrating AI capabilities provided by the BotWot platform. Role Summary : We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native) - someone who can code production-ready web systems with the same fluency they train, fine-tune, and deploy AI models. You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and scaling AI-powered full-stack applications , from APIs and orchestration pipelines to dashboards and real-time voice/chat interfaces. This isn’t a research role. It’s a ship-to-production role . 🎯 Experience Requirement 2+ years of professional software engineering experience, including building and deploying AI/ML-powered applications (LLMs, agents, or microservices). What You’ll Do : Build full-stack applications (front-end + back-end) that embed AI agents at the core. Design APIs, workflows, and orchestration layers for multi-agent, multi-modal AI systems. Integrate and fine-tune LLMs, micro-LLMs, and RAG pipelines. Deploy AI models into scalable, low-latency services (Docker/K8s/Cloud). Develop real-time, interactive dashboards (e.g., Recharts, D3.js) for monitoring AI performance. Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate directly with founders on product experiments, fast prototyping, and go-to-market pilots.
