Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Designer. The Lead Designer will oversee the development of innovative and visually compelling designs that reflect the company’s brand identity and customer goals. Key responsibilities include creating design concepts, leading creative direction, collaborating with cross-functional teams, prioritizing user-centric design, and overseeing the design process from concept to completion. The Lead Designer will also act as a mentor and guide for junior designers on the team to foster growth and innovation.

Qualifications

Proficiency in product design, user interface (UI), and user experience (UX) design with expertise in design tools and software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
Strong leadership, time management, stakeholder management and project management skills, with the ability to oversee and mentor design team members
Experience in creating user-centric and accessible designs that align with brand identity and business objectives
Knowledge of design systems, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure cohesive and efficient design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with various teams and stakeholders
Experience in designing for AI, technology, or data-driven platforms is a plus
No Degree required
